Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after normal business hours will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or unexpected demand surges, processing may take a little longer. If there is ever a delay with your order, we appreciate your patience as our team works to get your sustainable products on the way.

Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products are personal care or household-use items, we may not require a physical return in every situation. Our team will review each request and let you know the best next step.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees, when applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, carrier delays can occasionally happen. If your tracking has not updated, your package appears lost, or your order is taking longer than expected, please email us at Hello@SeekBamboo.com so we can look into it.
